Jomkiss Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform User Guide

JomKiss is an online entertainment and betting platform operating under a valid licence and subject to applicable laws and regulations. The platform is designed specifically to provide a safe, fair and responsible digital entertainment experience for adult users in Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the jomkiss platform, including but not limited to account registration, fund deposits, withdrawal of wins, participation in games and betting, and the use of any features or services provided through the jomkiss website or mobile app.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at jomkiss at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information, including name, date of birth, or bank details, may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.

Regarding account security:

• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Contact the JomKiss support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Bonuses are valid for one account, one device, one IP address and one payment method only. Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the stated wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.
• JomKiss reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse is suspected.

• All bets placed are considered final upon system confirmation.
• JomKiss reserves the right to void or adjust bets if there is a technical error, inaccurate odds or false information at the time a bet is placed.
• Bets placed on events that have already started before the bet was submitted will be voided unless otherwise stated under live betting rules.

If you notice any suspicious activity on our platform, please report it to our support team immediately. Your report will be handled in strict confidence.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the jomkiss support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method once all compliance checks are completed.

JomKiss reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any terms stated in this document.
• Activity suspected of being fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing has been detected.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.

• JomKiss is not liable for internet disruptions or device issues occurring on the user's end.
• Content displayed on the platform is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice.

JomKiss reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the jomkiss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall be resolved through the dispute resolution channels designated by jomkiss. Users are encouraged to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before taking further action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
